All content on the AfterSkool Club platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software—is the property of AfterSkool Club or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
AfterSkool Club provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
